Finance
Make written application for any finance you require as set out in Clause One of the Offer and Acceptance form. Your settlement agent or representative will assist in completing the form. You may require a letter from your employer verifying your income, and an application fee to cover the property valuation etc.

When you receive verbal and /or written finance approval please inform this office that finance has been approved to your satisfaction.

Special Conditions
Act promptly to implement any Special Conditions that may have been stipulated on the reverse side of the Offer and Acceptance form e.g. the sale of your existing home, White Ant certificate or Timber Pest Inspection Report, building inspection report etc.

Deposit
Pay the balance of deposit as stipulated in the contract.
