5. Liaise with your finance institution for mortgages and discharges,
6. Provide change of ownership advice to local authorities
7. Confirm that the deposit is paid
8. Check all documentation
9. Check with local authority regarding orders and requisitions
10. Liaise with all other parties

12. Attend settlement
13. Disburse funds
14. Notify all parties that property settled
15. Attend to adjustment of water usage
16. Confirm that the Title has been transferred into the Buyers names
