Prior to Settlement     

•We recommend that you contact DIAL BEFORE YOU DIG on Telephone number 1100 who will provide to you copies of all plans of the property relating to the lay out of Pipes for the power, gas and phone and any other services that relate to the property. This service is normally free, however, depending on the property and location of the pipes a small charge may be involved.
The cost will be provided to you by the operator.

• We recommend that you arrange adequate insurance on the property and for your content.
Most banks and building societies will now allow finance without the necessary insurance to
be in place at settlement.

• Please advise your Agent/Representative, friend, relatives, sporting organisations, schools and any authorities that you deal with regularly of your new address after settlement.

• If the property has a security system, you may need to contact the Security Company to arrange for a new code number.

• Obtain quotes and book a removalist if required.
